The Life Matters Podcast Launches

I am  excited to share the launch of The Life Matters Podcast  My guests are motivated by the desire to make a difference: they share their wisdom, personal journeys and a host of practical guidance that we can apply in our lives. I’ve been involved in personal development for over 30 years, and I’ve met a lot of experts during that time. My guests are exceptional people that fly under the radar, they are not household names but they deserve to be.

I encourage you to start something new. Creating this podcast has challenged me in all sorts of ways. I’ve had to completely take myself out of my comfort zone and revise my thinking of myself as “a behind the scenes person” and I’ve had a lot of learning to do around recording and editing. Honestly I’ve felt like a toddler at times stumbling all over the place and it has been painstakingly slow. The flip side is that it has also been an absolute joy to create this and I couldn’t be more excited about the people it will bring into my life. It’s also humbled me – as someone who has spent her life being fiercely independent I now realise it’s a strength not a weakness to ask for help.

It’s also worth noting that f you are running a business that podcasts help your digital footprint so feel free to reach out to find out more about how to develop one.

The first three episodes are now available.  I hope you find time to listen.
