Well, it’s been an extremely busy couple of months for us; business wins, launches, the occasional networking event and a lot of work with existing clients. What do we have to show for it? Well, worn out keyboard and expensive phone bills for one but, more importantly, plenty of press coverage and – hopefully – some very happy clients.
Forever Living are the sponsors of a number of top level athletes, ranging across a variety of sports; everything from football to martial arts. We spend a lot of time working alongside them and their sports men and women to ensure everybody hears about what an impressive job they are doing! This time round it was Gemma Steel, European Cross Country Champion, who we teamed up with. Collaborating with Gemma to produce a ‘top tips’ piece geared towards amateur runners, we offered the article to Women’s Running who featured it on their website and social media.
We all felt a little too healthy after this, so next it was time to turn our sights onto new client Self Recruitment’s launch, which involved a very high quantity of bacon rolls – much more like it! These guys spent a week driving around London’s construction sites delivering bacon rolls to the hungry workers who occupied them. As you can imagine, we had a lot of fun telling this story and a number of regional papers were interested in the event taking place near them. The East London & Docklands Advertiser, in particular, ran the story online and in print.
It was time for us to turn our attention towards No Letting Go next and their free, public service focused, seminars. We spoke with lettingagenttoday.co.uk who were keen to spread the word of a set of seminars that would educate letting agents on the dangers of Legionella and what can be done to combat the risk it poses. this was a great placement for us, reaching a key industry audience.
Working with the clients we do means that we’re never short of an interesting story and it has been a strong period for us in terms of getting their key messages and recent activity in the public eye. We’ve already got plenty of ideas in the pipeline for the coming weeks and months so watch this space!
